Child and Youth Services
Welcome to the Blue Ridge Council, BSA. We provide Scouting programs to the youth of the Upstate of South Carolina. Programs that build character, teach responsibilities of participating citizenship, practice recreational and outdoor skills, and develop personal fitness while instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath & Law.
